Don’t worry we got you covered! We accept custom orders for any of your upcoming events including but not limited to weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events and so many other major milestones.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:

  • For your order to be considered β€œcustom” you have to order 5 or more candles

  • Those who order 15 custom candles or more will automatically receive $20 off their entire order for large candles and $10 off for tin candles

  • Although its β€œcustom,” labels will still have β€œMY-SECRET SCENT” Branding

  • Limited edition candles are not available for customization

  • We don’t send label MOCK ups for privacy purposes, images below will help with designing

  • We can send samples based on what you pick, and there is a charge

  • MY-SECRET SCENT is an LLC, and we own the brand name, therefore we PROHIBIT you from selling custom candles from our brand unless you own a storefront or a LEGIT online business that is registered

  • A β€œSCENT CATALOG” is located at the bottom of this page to help with picking a scent for your candle based the option you select

  • Service FEE (listed under each option) is due before process starts and is NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Once supplies are ordered for your ORDER, there can be no refunds. Paying your invoice will be final confirmation for your custom order

  • Customers are also responsible for all the SHIPPING that their order requires (vessels, final destination, etc)

  • OPTION 1: GOLD LUXURY CANDLES

    For the β€œGOLD LUXURY CANDLES” option you are ONLY allowed to replace the original scent name, to whichever you like, but the word can’t be over 1O characters. AND the following other elements CAN’T be changed: label color or vessel. As for the scent, you can only pick from the one’s offered in the GOLD LUXURY CANDLE COLLECTION.

    EXAMPLE: IF YOU PICK THE β€œEMPRESS” CANDLE, WITH CUSTOMIZATION, YOU WILL GET ALL THE ELEMENTS THAT THE β€œEMPRESS” CANDLE HAS, THE ONLY THING THAT WILL CHANGE IS THE NAME.

    PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS MADE TO ORDER, THEREFORE, A SERVICE FEE OF $100 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE. BUT IF YOU ORDER 100 CANDLES OR MORE THE FEE WILL INCREASE FOR BIGGER ORDERS.

    For the β€œBLACK LUXURY CANDLES” option you are ONLY allowed to replace the original scent name, to whichever you like, but the word can’t be over 1O characters. AND the following other elements CAN’T be changed: label color or vessel. As for the scent, you can only pick from the one’s offered in the BLACK LUXURY CANDLE COLLECTION.

    EXAMPLE: IF YOU PICK THE LUXURY CANDLE, WITH CUSTOMIZATION, YOU WILL GET ALL THE ELEMENTS THAT THE β€œLUXURY” CANDLE HAS, THE ONLY THING THAT WILL CHANGE IS THE NAME.

    For the β€œIRIDESCENCE CANDLES” option you are ONLY allowed to replace the original scent name, to whichever you like, but the word can’t be over 1O characters. AND the following other elements CAN’T be changed: label color or vessel. As for the scent, you can only pick from the one’s offered in the IRIDESCENCE CANDLE COLLECTION.

    EXAMPLE: IF YOU PICK THE β€œSAPPHIRE” CANDLE, WITH CUSTOMIZATION, YOU WILL GET ALL THE ELEMENTS THAT THE β€œSAPPHIRE” CANDLE HAS, THE ONLY THING THAT WILL CHANGE IS THE NAME.

  • OPTION 4: DESIGN YOUR SECRET SCENT

    For the β€œDESIGN YOUR OWN CANDLE” option, we will provide you with different vessels to pick from (that we don’t have on the site), the layout of the label will remain the same, but we can change the color and put whatever name you put down for the scent section.

    HOW THIS OPTION WORKS: PICK A VESSEL (LET US KNOW WHAT COLOR YOU WANT IN EMAIL), PICK A SCENT FROM OUR β€œSCENT CATALOG” BELOW, CREATE A SCENT NAME AND PICK A COLOR FOR YOUR LABEL. FOR THIS OPTION, YOU CAN’T USE ONE OF THE VESSELS FROM OUR COLLECTION DUE TO BRANDING PURPOSES.

    PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS MADE TO ORDER AND REQUIRES MORE SOURCING. THEREFORE A SERVICE FEE OF $150 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE. BUT IF YOU ORDER 100 CANDLES OR MORE THE FEE WILL INCREASE FOR BIGGER ORDERS.

  • OPTION 5: LUXURY TIN CANDLES

    For the β€œ LUXURY TIN CANDLES” option you are ONLY allowed to replace the original scent name, to whichever you like, but the word can’t be over 8 characters. AND the following other elements CAN’T be changed: label color or vessel. As for the scent, you can only pick from the one’s offered in the BLACK LUXURY CANDLE COLLECTION.

    EXAMPLE: IF YOU PICK THE β€œREAL RICH” CANDLE, WITH CUSTOMIZATION, YOU WILL GET ALL THE ELEMENTS THAT THE β€œREAL RICH” CANDLE HAS, THE ONLY THING THAT WILL CHANGE IS THE NAME.
