No refunds or exchanges, all orders are FINAL for the safety of customers, if damaged during shipment please report to shipping carrier on your own terms. However, if not resolved there we will see how we can help you.

Once ordered you have 24hrs to cancel after that we can’t cancel the order, and for pre orders you have 5 days to cancel (will be notified by email item is pre order), if after 5 days there can be no cancellation.

We are not a manufacturer therefore any orders placed (including, wholesale, collab and custom) will have our brand name on label, service fees for all collabs due at the beginning of project. Wholesale, collab and custom orders must be paid in FULL before ordering supplies and fulfilling order. And for big orders, if we don’t have the amount of candles being requested available in-house we can get them for you, but you’ll be responsible for shipping fees for extra supplies and shipping order.
